withhold any relevant information to obtain a Certificate of Motor Insurance. Please note that under
the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 you are not required to disclose convictions regarded as
‘spent’.

proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings
in Scotland.

noncontractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
